Recently, a few of you have asked us whether a Network Creator can be held liable for content posted or uploaded to a social network by a member of your network.
Here's how we see it. First, we want you to be able to use the Ning Platform to build your own social networks without having to worry about liability. Second, we want you to retain ownership of the code and content you upload to your network and we want members to retain ownership of their code and content they add to your network.
